It would have been 4 stars because the burgers really taste good. One star deduction because the entire meal unfortunately arrived cold (delivery service with approx. 6 km) and not all requests for online orders were taken into account. Very positive: environmentally friendly packaging.

Very tasty 😋. Pizza very good. Everything arrived hot and a lot of cheese with a crispy edge. Steak excellent. Clean and very nice staff.

Drinks ordered came to the table promptly, food was served very quickly and was very tasty. VERY good burgers for reasonable prices (including a cocktail on Wednesdays), big portions with nicely seasoned fries. Went the next day for pizzas (big pizza for the price of a small one) which were good as well. Cocktails are 5.90 which is reasonable, and they have LOTS of options. Really nothing to complain about the food. The staff isn't "rude" but some really do seem a little unhappy with their jobs. Still efficient service. As for the hostel, it is perfectly decent for the price. The communal showers and toilets are clean. The rooms were dusty in the corners, but well furnished for HOSTEL rooms and the beds were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The food was delicious and the burgers are highly recommended. The ambience is also very nice and the flair comes across well. Food took a while, but it was delicious. You could order from your cell phone and call the waitress, which worked very well. Great function.

We spent a MTB weekend there. The ambience in the restaurant is very pleasant. The boss himself is at the reception and is organized, friendly and in a good mood. Accordingly, the staff is also 1A. The burgers were awesome! The hostel is just OK. for the price. The rooms are simple, clean and have hardly any signs of use.

Great restaurant with a great ambience. The food was very, very tasty and also very fresh, and there is also a huge selection. The prices are absolutely appropriate, if not too low for the quality. We can only warmly recommend it. There is also a great variety of dishes for vegans and vegetarians. It's also great that you can order directly from the table using a QR code. We felt very comfortable and spent a great evening there and had fun in the adjoining billiards and darts room. We will definitely visit again when we go on vacation in Winterberg again.

Great food, friendly staff and a wonderful Western ambiance! Highly recommend the "gentleman's sized" Ribeye steak. The Big Waffle Black Forest it's a perfect ender! An absolute must visit when in Winterberg, we are surely coming back.

Nice, large, unusual restaurant with a good location and lots of parking spaces right in front of the door. Large selection of food and drinks at moderate prices. The food is tasty and the quality is appropriate for the price. A good location for celebrations as there is plenty of space in the restaurant.

The Tartar Steak (or however it is called) was raw. And that wasn’t given in the description. The guacamole dip didn’t taste like guacamole at all. I am really disappointed because the place seemed really nice. The employees were really rude and unfriendly. No tip for them ;) (I feel like a Karen)

A huge variety of food leading from salad and pizza over to burgers and steaks which are all tasty every time again. The staff and service is friendly, quick and obliging. The ambience is beautiful and everything is clean (including the restrooms). All in all definitely recommemdable for people who are willing to pay a bit higher price for even more quality in all sections.

Pizza was very good. But employees are not sneaky in pricing. We didn't know the local language. They explained something and they charged double saying the offer is only on Thursday. Lesson learned!

Honestly we played some games of pool, and lucky enough Darko was more than helpful on service and also suggesting places for later in the night.

Seems like a moneygrab. Not at all how it used to be. Place is decorated to fit as many tables as possible. Service is fast - they'd like you to leave ASAP so they can seat the next guests. Our party had the ribs, cheeseburger & a steak. The sweet white wine we asked for was not sweet at all but sour. When we complained about that, they brought the bottle to the table and said it was the only white wine they had. Weizenbeer was fine - Krombacher Weizen I believe, not top-teir but not bad at all. Burger & steak were fine according to my companions, my ribs were bad. Very dry. You can get much better ribs at lower prices in Winterberg. I suggest the Dorfalm or Haus Herrloh for that. Dishes didn't come with salads or anything so if you want to have some vegetables you'd need to order them extra.

Hamburgers are very good! But second time we wanted to eat here they refused use because the didn't have a table left. But the restaurant was almost empty?! So kinda weird.

We were last Friday there and we really enjoyed , the place is on my list that i need to visit more than once. The food is delicious , especially the steaks which are one of the best i have eatten . The personal was very friendly and always there just the moment we wanted to order something. I highly recommend to everybody who come here for holidays or just pass by.

Bad atmosphere 1 man doing most of the work. Long wait for food. Cold fries nothing special avoid its a tourist catcher.

The staff was to the point, some not as friendly as others, but never unfriendly. The medium rare steak I ordered was more on the well done side of medium, although the meat did live up to the expectation. In their defense I didn't ask them to correct this, as I didn't want to waste the meat. Otherwise the food was not bad, but I wasn't too excited either and the side salad I ordered was tiny. The build-your-own-burger is a nice option on the menu. All in all I felt it was okay.

We came at the Friday evening there . This is definitive place you can't miss . Feel the soul of America in the Heart of Germany . We eated the HomeBurger who is pretty big and tasty , Everybody can afford the prices.
